Provide product type, target or reference part number, datasheet, application, rated voltage/current, actuation method, contact configuration, terminal type, mounting method, waterproofing needs, certification requirements, annual volume, and delivery location. The more complete the information, the faster an accurate quote and lead time can be provided.
31. Can I request samples before committing to an order?
Samples can be evaluated depending on stock and project scope. Use the sample stage to verify dimensions, feel, operating force, terminal solderability, panel fit, electrical load, waterproofing, and expected life — feed the results back to your sales or engineering contact to confirm whether the part number needs adjustment.
32. How is MOQ determined?
MOQ is influenced by the product series, whether it's a standard or customized part, material sourcing, tooling or fixtures, certification requirements, and packaging. Standard parts are usually easier to order in smaller quantities; custom caps, LEDs, wire leads, or packaging often require higher MOQs.

Lead time depends on stock availability, material supply, customization scope, tooling needs, certification confirmation, sample validation, and order quantity. If your project has a defined production schedule, share the forecast and monthly volume early so material and capacity planning can align.
